Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING, PICK-UP & DELIVERY

1.1 Shipping, pick-up & delivery – We don't offer shipping. However, we offer direct (white-glove) delivery within the greater Boston area (up to 20 miles) for all our Projects and Retail sales above $ 500,-. Delivery availability may vary for end customers, depending on the requirements of the (sales) professional you are working with. All Retail sales under $500,- can be picked up in our MA Showroom unless agreed otherwise.
1.2 Processing Times – Custom orders are quoted and aligned with all our customer's first and after approval usually processed within 2–3 business days. Once an order has been confirmed and fully processed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled and responsibility for the order rests with the customer unless othewise agreed. If so, while we'll do our best to  accommodate any requests , bt we cannot give any guarantee.

1.3 Delivery Estimates – Most of our orders are on-demand and once processed and not in US stock, will be combined for import on a monthly basis, or more frequent upon request/availability. For that, delivery dates and times are estimates and vary between 2-5 weeks. They can not be guaranteed and may be affected by shipping carrier/custom delays. Bloom Dutch Design is not liable for shipping issues once the order has been handed to the carrier but will do her best to monitor and/or solve them in a decent matter asap. Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation.

SECTION 2 - INSTALLATION & RISK of LOSS

2.1 Installation - Client must ensure site readiness, access, structural integrity, and safety and is responsible for compliance to local, state & federal regulations. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by inadequate site conditions.

2.2 Risk of Loss - Risk of loss transfers to Client upon delivery or project installation, completion, whichever occurs first.
