What guarantees true high-end quality of our products and how do we ensure our quality is consistently high-end?

In today’s crowded market, sourcing true and above all consistent high-end (silk) floral quality can be time-consuming and overwhelming.

With deep roots ánd local presence in the heart of the world’s floral industry—the Netherlands—BLOOM Dutch Design has direct access to Europe’s finest silk & ceramic suppliers, all renowned for their craftsmanship and commitment to excellence.

They are all in full control of the quality of their processes, from design till delivery, ensuring each product meets the highest quality standard and ensuring continuous innovation.

Each season, we curate a selection of the finest Dutch florals & greenery and botanicals, specifically geared towards the US market for our business partners and clientèle.

We offer limited signature arrangements and custom botanical solutions to complement design/styling projects for any space or occasion upon request.

Each season, we will introduce a fresh collection of signature arrangements, inspired by the latest design trends and innovations, to provide exceptional design solutions for any clientèle”.

Alongside our curated designs we can offer on-demand custom botanical solutions to complement any design/styling project for any space or occasion.

How long does it take to deliver?

We operate "on-demand", importing most of our products directly from our partners in Europe while having limited local stock available for direct pick-up /delivery, offering a minimum of 2 times a year seasonal ordering as well as custom ordering (applicable for large orders/big projects). 

In-stock products are ready for pick-up/delivery within 2-3 business day's.  Standard pick-up is at our Showroom/POS location at Vertex Innovation & Design Hub (Northborough, MA). We also offer complementary White-Glove delivery. Contact us for rates and delivery options if you prefer delivery (Wider Boston area only).

Seasonal orders for floral (signature) collection: We combine our seasonal client orders as much as possible, We offer our customers the option to subscribe and pre-order to our floral signature collection combining order cycles and benefiting from our curated floral seasonal collection. Ordering cycle for our floral collection is  a minimum of 2 times a year (Depending order placement). 

Custom orders: Depending when we place your order, delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks (holiday season can take longer) from the moment we process your order. If you need your order sooner, we offer Express Delivery options. Minimum order quantities apply (vary per brand/partner). Standard White Glove delivery.

Note: 

  • We combine our seasonal client orders as much as possible offering seasional subscriptions on our signature collection. 
  • All imports are subject to the latest U.S. Customs requirements. In partnership with our trusted transport specialists, we ensure our import process is handled with the utmost care and efficiency. Please note that clearance lead times are determined by Customs and remain outside of our control.

Can I buy a bouquet or arrangement as an end-customer for my house, event or as gift?

We proudly serve both businesses,  professionals as well as end-customers in the greater Boston area directly or via our showroom where customers/clientèle can explore our collection, signature arrangements and our (limited) stock. 

For end-customers we have our local (limited) stock available and always able to serve. 

Please feel free to reach out to us for a last minute order, a meet & greet at our showroom location or contact us if you need some support/advise for your upcoming commercial/corporate/residential project or event.

Presentation & care of silk flowers & plants

We offer white glove delivery for our arrangements which means we, or one of our partners, will install your purchase directly at the location of your choice. 

Over time, light dust may accumulate. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster. 

For a deeper refresh, use compressed air or wipe with a lightly-damped cloth (only for our plants with large leaves!!).
