Refund policy

SECTION 1 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
1.1 Final Sale Policy – Due to the nature of our products, all sales orders for our floral, botanical & vessels & pottery products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" unless agreed otherwise
1.2 Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us asap. Claims for damaged goods must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographic evidence and nature of the damage via an email sent to our customer service at info@bloomdutchdesign.com. We will assess the claim and, if applicable, provide a replacement or credit at your discretion.
1.3 Event Purchases – Products purchased for events or temporary use are non-refundable and non-returnable unless agreed otherwise.
1.4 Custom Orders – All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
SECTION 2 - CANCELATIONS
2.1 (Custom) Projects; All our sales are final. Custom-made designs (incl. vessels & pots) are non-refundable and non-returnable once the order is fully processed.
2.2 Accessories and other retail products (non-floral/botanical, not vessels & pottery): Accessories and other retail items purchased in our showroom can be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt if unused, undamaged, and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return delivery cost. Custom or made-to-order items are excluded.
